What We Do
Are you looking for opportunities to collaborate with your organization? You’re in the right place! Our offerings support organizations to embed equity and justice into the foundation of their work, from reimagining organizational cultures and internal policies to developing external programs and strategic plans. We offer both short and long-term support to meet you where you are, with customized workshops and/or longer-term partnerships focused on transformational training, program design, organizational identity and values, and strategic planning. We work both in-person and virtually, with organizations across the US and beyond.
Looking for support as an individual? See what we offer here.

We customize our core workshops to build the skills of your team - with group workshops in anti-oppression program design, facilitation, identity and power, disrupting power dynamics, and more!
Emergent Coaching & Guidance
We provide 1:1 and team coaching as a stand-alone tool as well as follow-up support in longer-term partnerships.
Anti-Oppression Facilitation
We plan and facilitate team retreats, workshops, or other meetings - grounded in participatory approaches and cultures of anti-oppression and liberation.
a note on Fees/Rates
Our fees are structured to pay ourselves sustainability and equitably and to honor the time and talents of our facilitators in all aspects of process design, implementation, and follow-up. We operate on a sliding scale, to be accessible to groups and organizations with different budgets and varying access to institutional and intergenerational resources. We prioritize offering reduced rates for organizations with annual budgets under $500,000 that are doing movement building work and are led by people of color, immigrants, and/or working class communities.
