We are a collective that builds the capacity of people committed to social justice work, through organizational transformation, emergent guidance and coaching, strategic planning, program design, and skill-building workshops.

We are committed to racial equity, gender justice, disability justice, economic justice, and collective liberation.

We approach equity and justice work through a radical lens, addressing the systemic and structural roots of oppression.

We partner with non-profit organizations, community groups, government agencies, unions, educational institutions, public service organizations, and individual activists, educators, and students — across the US and beyond.

We build foundations of equity and justice into our partners’ external and internal work, transforming programs, advocacy, and campaigns — as well as organizational cultures, policies, and daily practices.

We are guided by our core values in all the things we do.

Commitment to Indigenous Sovereignty: We recognize and honor the Indigenous caretakers of the land in the present, past, and future. This includes the Munsee Lenape as First Peoples of the occupied territory of Lenapehoking, where our collective started and where many of us have roots, as well as the First Peoples across the many lands, bodies of water, and spaces where we have worked. We commit to moving beyond land acknowledgement to the return of stolen and occupied land, reparations, shared responsibility for our planet, and full Indigenous sovereignty. We are currently in an extended internal process to actualize this work for our collective and look forward to sharing more information with our communities soon.
